This ideal rapid oak fish tape was sold as new and returned by buyer as it was damaged during shipping leaving it unable to pull out as it should. It may be easily repaired or not. I’m unfamiliar with this item and how to use it so someone may be lucky and be able to make it work. Needless to say it is being sold as is and no returns. Thanks!
