The Plymouth & Devon United Churches League was popular during the 1930's and then became the "Plymouth And West Devon Football League." It survives to this day.

The item bears a "W.W&S" sponsor mark along with a 1934 (K) date letter.
the fob also bears the retailer's details;
"R.F Davies & Son - Plymouth"
The fob has not been personalised.
