This unit is USED, and has considerable wear. It does power on and works properly with a power adapter (7.8v dc2.0mm - NOT included). Some of the batteries are faulty, so replacements may be needed. Also, the smaller screw hole on the bottom of the handle is stripped, so in order to use the tripod, you need an adapter for the bigger screw hole on the bottom of the handle.

Ideal use case - even though it does work - is for as parts, or repair.
