- Compatibility: SMALLRIG cage for Sony Alpha 7S III/Alpha 7 IV/Alpha 7R IV/Alpha 1 with VG-C4EM battery grip 3594 is designed to protect your camera and provide accessory holders. The package includes four side locking adapters, the black for Sony A7 IV and the silver grey for Sony A7S III / A7R IV / A1. Please select the appropriate locking slider for adaptation according to your model.
- Quick switch and full access design: the built-in quick-release plate for Arca standard on the bottom allows a quick change between tripod and hand recording. With the cage you have full access to camera buttons, card slots, battery compartment and flip screen.
- Three-point locking: the cage is secured by a 1/4-20 screw on the bottom and two side locking adapters via the shoulder strap holes on each side, you get more stability without worrying about constantly shaking and moving.
- Mounting options: The cage has multiple 1/4-20 threaded holes and 3/8-16 mounting holes for ARRI standard to attach the top handle 1638 and 2165 for low angle recording, as well as the monitor mount 2904 and 2903 like side handle 2093. The built-in hot shoe mount on the top supports microphones or LED lights, and the built-in NATO rail on the left side fits the NATO handles 2427 and 3260.
- Further extension options: Two 1/4-20 threaded holes on the front lower rod clamp 1943 for matte box, follow focus, lens holder etc. One of the front 1/4 inch threaded holes has a small positioning hole to fit the rod clamp 3276 for follow focus. The lower 1/4-20 threaded holes allow the RS 2/RSC 2 quick release plate (top) with 2 screws for more stability.
- Further details: The cage has several rubber pads inside to avoid scratches, and comes with a magnetic key for easy disassembly and assembly. The optional cable clamp 3000 is available separately for Sony A7 IV and A7S III to protect the cable connection and prevent signal interruption. (Note: the clamp 3000 is not compatible with Sony A1 and A7R IV)
