Description:
How to make ginseng tea
1. Take one whole piece of ginseng root and put in a tea cup. Pour hot water into tea cup. Sink Ginseng into cup. Let it steep for 10 minutes. Longer if you like stronger tea.
2. Remove the soften ginseng root and enjoy the tea. Cut the soften ginseng root ( if it is still hard soak it in another cup of hot water longer untill it becomes tender) into slices and save them in the refrigerator for future use
3. Take 3 pcs of the sliced Ginseng and repeat step (1) & (2) and drink the ginseng tea the second time. Now you may eat the ginseng slices for extra benefit
You can repeat the same procedures till you finish all the ginseng slices you have saved in the refrigerator and then start all over again with a new ginseng root.
