The New York state flower bear is part of a series of the USA flower bears. The I Love bear was a New York tradeshow exclusive and part of the I Love city bears. The New York state bear has a big apple on it. It is a USA exclusive. Fun Fact: The first railroad in the US ran from Albany, New York to Schenectady ,New York.
