This gorgeous DRESS has two parts – the under dress is a mint green jersey material, with adjustable spaghetti straps and is attached at the shoulders.  Over that is a sheer floral print, with gathered v-neckline and short, ruffled sleeves. It fastens with buttons at the front and is open at the front of the skirt. The dress is a Hi-Low style, being MUCH longer at the back.  The main colours in the over-dress are green, white, emerald green, gold, black, yellow, blue, turquoise, purple etc.  The style is ‘Prairie Florals Mystic F Dress.’
