1.Remove the license plate and remove the tow hook lid.
2. Fasten the included bolt into the existing hole.
3. Remove the bumper guard skit plate.
4. Hook the bumper stay onto the tip of the bolt and tighten the bolt.
5.The skit plate and license plate are now installed on the bumper guard.
*If the bolt is difficult to insert, use a wire brush etc. to remove the paint on the bolt.
