A late 19th or early 20th century cow horn deer hunting horn, possibly Scottish, in working order with some cosmetic condition issues.

The metal work appears to be silver or nickel silver plate on brass with a few dents & splits & a pin is missing from the mouth piece mount which causes it to wobble a little. Also, a leg is missing from the central stag cartouche & there are two others that are missing, one from either side.
