This is the Modelux 'Emara' building - based on a real industrial unit in Sheffield
Made from multiople layers of 1.3mm board - fully coloured
The brick is litho printed and is UV resistant
The doors and windows are powder blue
The louvre door is two layers deep with laser etching and is very realistic
Fully glazed with acetate
Easy to make - tweezers needed for for the window ledges
The building is deliberately 'grimy and weathered'

depth 37mm
