Elastic waist band. Elastic cuffs on sleeves. Heavy foam shoulder pads. This piece is screaming 1980's all over it. You will be truly authentic at your next 80's dance party.

Waist with elastic band is approximately 28-29 inches if you do not pull on it at all 3-4 inch spread without yanking it tight.
Inseam: 29", Full length of garment shoulder to leg hem 58"
Rise/crotch to elastic waist line: 15", Zipper 23", Cuffs on sleeves: 9" with no pull on elastic, Leg cuffs: 16".

Great vintage condition. No rips, holes, tears, or stains. Minor flaws/imperfections may possibly be seen. I did not find anything to bring specific mention to other than the faded care tag. See pictures. Thank you.
