I flipped through all the books and each book has the owners signature on the inside hard binder. One book has a child’s name written with crayon . All books are together with strong binders . There was one page torn in the front 1 st page of one book. Over all in pretty good shape for the age. There is some age must smell that can easily be fixed by setting them outside in the sun. Nothing is moist or stained from moisture. See pics.
