All items are dispatched from our various warehouses across Australia.
We endeavor to dispatch all products within 1-3 working days following receipt of full payment.

We collaborate with different courier partners to ensure reasonable freight costs and quality service. The selection of courier is based on the size, weight, and delivery location of each item.

Typically, delivery takes between 7 and 14 working days after dispatch, although remote areas may experience longer transit times. Customers provided with a tracking number can monitor the delivery status of their order.

Certain items may be dispatched in multiple cartons for logistical reasons.

Bulky Items are unable to be sent to Post Office addresses as they will not accept large items- please provide a residential or commercial address for these goods and If an order is addressed to a PO Box and we are unable to deliver

Postage and handling fees are calculated according to product weight and size, precluding discounts on freight costs. Combined postage for multiple products isn't feasible due to size and weight limitations, preventing dispatch in a single consignment.

Please be aware that cancellations after dispatch may result in non-refundable postage fees, and additional charges could apply for re-delivery or re-direction requests. If you decide to return an item post-delivery, applicable freight fees will be subtracted from your refund, alongside a 10% restocking fee.

Regrettably, our warehouse isn't open to the public, and therefore, we do not offer a pick-up option.

Product Defective:

If you encounter any problems with the item, please furnish us with evidence such as photos or videos demonstrating any breakage or faults.
Depending on the situation, we may opt to replace/send parts, offer compensation for faults, or facilitate the return of the item.

Prior authorization or approval from our team is required for all returns before sending any packages back to us. Please refrain from returning your purchase directly to the manufacturer.

Should the returned item fail to meet the conditions outlined in this policy, you will be responsible for the expenses associated with having your returned goods delivered back to your specified address.

Damage During Transit:

Kindly inform us within 2 business days of receiving damaged items, providing photos and videos of the damaged box/bag and items. Claims submitted after this time frame may not be eligible for courier review due to the passage of time.

Change of Mind:

We accept returns for items in sellable condition (for select products only) when you change your mind. However, please note that if you mistakenly open the package, it may not be covered by our return policy.
Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs and a restocking fee to offset the initial shipment cost.
Excluded Items from Return/Change of Mind:

Change of mind returns are not accepted for certain items due to hygiene reasons, such as intimates (underwear, hosiery, socks, swimwear, earrings), as well as certain health and beauty products, bedding, mattresses, and headphones. However, remedies for defective goods are still available.
We cannot accept change of mind returns for digital access codes or downloadable software under any circumstances.

We will thoroughly investigate any issues raised and advise you on whether your product is eligible for return. If required, we will provide instructions on how to proceed with your return.

All returns must be coordinated through our Customer Service team.
