TERMS OF SALE- Returns are not accepted unless the item is not as described. This does not include the item not fitting so please ask for measurements if not in the listing and insole measurements for shoes to ensure fit. I do not know whether an item runs small or large, I will provide the size that has been listed on the item unless one is not visible and measurements will be provided and this omission of size noted in the item description. Contact me as soon as possible if there is an issue with an item not being as described. The original tags must still be attached to the item and the item must be in the original condition in which you received it. 

SHIPPING- Items will be shipped within 3 business days of receipt of payment. eBay will provide you with tracking information. Once an item is shipped and it is in the possession of the carrier (USPS or FedEx), I have no control over your package. If there is a delay or issue while in transit the BUYER would need to contact the carrier. USPS Customer Service (1-800-ASK-USPS). FedEx Customer Service (1-800-463-3339). All items will include additional insurance coverage beyond what is provided by the carrier for loss or damage. Please contact me after an attempt has been made to contact the carrier and if there are still issues I will file a claim to recover the cost of your item.
