This is a Vintage Etched Kobalt & White Hand Painted believed to be a German Floral Design Basket Trimmed in Gold. Condition is used. But still in very good vintage condition. This floral basket is definitely a conversational piece. This piece is absolutely amazing to see in person.  The details in the burnt red Flowers that are Speckled and the amazing gold trim accent! The colors are so vivid and beautiful. The pictures are not and does not give or serve justice. It is marked on the bottom with what seems to be a V in white engraved in photos.  But I'm no professional so don't hesitate to ask and question. THANK YOU!!
