Mid 20th century Chinese four panel Byobu screen. Made of silk featuring hand painted detail of herons or cranes hunting in the water lilies. Each lily stands tall, and the birds have a fierce concentration on the water below. Signed upper left, black lacquered frame with brass accents.

Condition:

Great condition minor wear on the black frame but no rips or tears in the screen itself which is rare.
