This is a beautiful silverplate sugar/caviar bowl.  It was manufactured by William Rogers and it does have the model number( 57) and the name inscribed on the bottom.  The lid of the bowl is topped with a bird finial and there are little squirrels on the handles.  It has all of its 12 spoons which match one another.  This really is a gorgeous piece!  The bowl measures approximately 8" in height,  7" in diameter,  and 3.5" across the mouth.   The spoons measure approximately 6" in length.    This piece is in really great vintage condition.   There is some plate loss on the bowl as well as to the spoons due to age and the bottom rim of the bowl is slightly bent.  You can't see this until you turn it upside down.
