This listing is for the full run 1-6 of DC Comics "Anthro" from 1968. Their conditions are as follows:
#1 - FN+ 6.5 Price stamp to top-right corner of front cover. Moderate staple rust with migration. Minor spine roll (Cover not centred) Corners are scuffed. Back cover has minor foxing near spine.
#2 - FN+ 6.5 Price stamp to top-right corner of cover. Moderate staple rust with migration through interior pages. Very minor spine ticks. Front cover has minor rub to the top-left corner. Cover is not centred. Very minor colour break lines to lower-right corner. Moderate soiling of ink and general grubbiness to back cover.
#3 - FN/VFN 7.0 Price stamp to top-right corner. Minor spine ticks. Scuffed corners with colour rub. Lower-left corner has a minor dink. Minor spine roll. Foxing near spine on back cover. Very minor colour rub near top edge of front cover. Faint vertical scratch towards the centre-left of front cover.
#4 - VG/FN 5.0 Price stamp to right corner of cover. Severe colour rub to spine and edges. More significant rub vertically of 1 inch towards the top-left corner of the front cover. Staple rust with rust migration through all interior pages. Corners are all scuffed with various minor colour break lines. Back cover has moderate soiling/dullness, typical for the age.
#5 - VFN- 7.5 Staples are rusted. Price stamp to top-right corner, minor colour rub near spine. Very minor scuffing to spine corners. Some light soiling along back cover (Near spine)
#6 - VG- 3.5 Severe colour rub near spine and edges. Price stamp to top-right corner. Moderate spine stress lines and foxing to lower-left corner. Corners are scuffed. Far corners have very minor dog ear folds with colour break. Further colour break lines around the edges of front cover. Back cover is dull with grubbiness to all margins. Further foxing to back cover (top right) and very minorly near centre of interior pages
Packaging
- Correct comic boards and bagged. Wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in sturdy book wrap postal box. Alternative box for bigger bundles. Please note we recycle ♻️ and comics under £10 may be received in a secure, recycled book packaging wrap box.
- All comics are always handled with cotton gloves at every stage of the process.
