This Vintage Scandinavian Norwegian Christmas or anytime  Straw WREATH will have 5 Brass BELLS hanging with a blue ribbon.  The Bells will be decorated with blue ribbon and also several flowers.  Each Bell will measure 2 1/4" long and all will have a dong.  

Although older it is still attractive and usable. .
