| Shipping | We use Royal mail tracked, UPS and Parcelforce services for most items. Please view the item listing for further details on couriers and transit times. We aim to have items delviered next day but please allow up to 3 days during busy periods. |

| Payment | We accept PayPal, credit / debit card, Bank transfer or cash on collection. All items include VAT at 20% unless stated otherwise. Some second-hand items are sold via the VAT margin scheme, the VAT will not be reclaimable, this will be stated in the listing. We send invoices separately. |

| Returns | We accept returns within 14 days of receipt. All items must still be sealed with any security labels intact. We do not offer a trial period. Return postage must be paid by the buyer. Warranty returns after 30 days must be sent back to the manufacture for repair. We do not accept returns on opened goods, headphones or stylus / cartridges. |
