Handling Time-  Most standard-sized packages are shipped within 1-2 business days. Although up to 4 business days is our handling time. Freight/oversized items can take up to 7 days to package and arrange for truck pick-up.

Carrier- Most orders are shipped via UPS, while some Canadian packages are sent via Canada Post. Other carriers may be used. Please message before buying if you have specific shipping requests.

Duty/Import Charges:

Canada- No extra fees after checkout will be charged, as all items are located and ship from Canada.

USA- Duty should only be charged on any amount of the order over $800 USD. If your order is less than $800 USD, there should be no fees. If your order is $1000 USD, you only pay duty on $200 USD. (Check with your local state before ordering to confirm duty regulations).

Taxes: Our store doesn't charge taxes. However, eBay often will charge taxes at checkout. We have no control over whether you get charged taxes or at what rate you will be charged.

Returns: All return policies are as marked on individual listings under the returns section. All returns must include the item purchased, additional accessories, papers, packaging, and anything else you received. If your items came in dedicated brown shipping boxes, you must reuse them or find new ones; you will be charged diminished value if you just send in the items' original sales packaging. You will be charged for damages/diminished value if you do not pack the return safely in the same manner at which it arrived.
