I am not sure what it is made off but I am guessing resin but can't say for sure

I consider to be in good vintage condition - may have minor paint scuff

There is something inside of it so when you tip it over you can hear move - kind of sounds like little rocks or something.

It has a soft black material on the bottom and there is an area that is soft - this may be what that is inside of it.
