NO WRITING, NO HIGHLIGHTING, AND NO OTHER MARKS OF ANY KIND CAN BE FOUND ON THE CHART. Plastic envelope is transparent, clean and in excellent condition.The interior has bright black and white symbols and clearly readable text.  Please see and enlarge all photos of actual chart. Item is stored in a smoke free and odor free place.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING🇺🇸💌

I ship everyday, usually same day, if purchase is completed well before post office closes and if I can. I always ship your package with care for safe arrival. 

I only charge you actual shipping cost, but I don't set that price; USPS does. Shipping cost varies because USPS calculates First Class Mail based on: 

(1) the weight and dimensions of your package and 

(2) the distance of your address from me. 

Transit time is usually 3 to 5 business days. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING✈💌

Transit time is 8 to 25 business days or longer. 

International Shipping cost, which is to anywhere outside the US, is based on auction value of item, the package weight, its dimensions, and depending on the destination- country. 

Buyer is responsible for paying the following: 

(1) actual shipping cost, 

(2) VAT tax that Ebay collects from me, and 

(3) custom fees, duties and taxes that your country, the buyer's country, collects when the package arrives to you, the buyer. 

Some countries do not give tracking updates and/or do not honor USPS insurance. There are no refunds on International purchases.

PAID WIN😇/ UNPAID WIN😪 POLICY

Once you win a bid, the deal is you pay up what's due within 4 days of winning a bid. If you forget, that's okay. A gentle email reminder will follow. If you need an extension, up to 7 days, that's okay too; just let me know asap. 

Otherwise, after 4 days of silence and non-payment, I lost income owed to me, so I file a complaint. ⚡Check ebay's policy for more info regarding penalty for unpaid bids.
