This is a NOS  FORD LEATHER WRAPPED BEIGE STEERING WHEEL .  FROM MY RESEARCH IT FITS 1997-2003 FORD  F150 AND EXCURSION. Brand new ford part number #F81A-3F563-BBW. Nice PART THAT IS Brand NEW VINTAGE Ford package WRAPPED. It does have some flaws from storage on the backside near the mounting hub ( SEE PHOTOS). Shipping will be $29.00.
