Fantastic Four - The House of Horrors

This pre-owned Fantastic Four A Big Little Book is in Fair to Good Condition.
The book has some damage to the cover with a horizontal crease from top to bottom of the front cover.
Has spine wear and edge wear. The title page and the publishers page are missing.
The first page has a note written in Green pen ink.
First three pages has tape inside the binding and pages 9/10 is loose.
The last page in the book has a marking with an orange crayon.
