How to use: 

1. Put into warm water (about 50-80℃/122-175℉）for 10-15 seconds to make the teeth trays soft. 

Do not use water over 80℃ to avoid the teeth trays crumple. When the edge of the teeth trays become wrinkled, please get it out.

2. Soft denture in the mouth, the wear on the gums, teeth between the bracket and the sucking force from the gums of the air, with the hand at the same time before and after the hard pressed denture and gum combination surface, and make the gums fit closely together to do so out of the denture is suitable for your tooth shape.

3. Press for about 30 to 40 seconds, then take out from your mouth.

4. Along the established gingival line (the line between the teeth and gums), the scissors are used to cut off the excess materials, and the handle is cut off at the same time. When the handle is finished, the above part of the gingival line can be cut off, so that the gel can only contact with the tooth and avoid damaging the gingiva.And clean with cold water.

Be careful:

1. Please clean before and after using.

2.Please change new after using for 3 to 4 times. 

3. Mouth trays can not whiten teeth, it needs to use with whiten gel.
