HGK 15 R 2.5cc Racing Model Engine Vintage!
One hot HGK from Japan!
This HGK racing engine features a patented integrated one piece die cast finned cylinder block and sleeve (no separate sleeve like other engines), a fundamental innovation that enabled more effective heat transfer in a racing engine (later copied by others). Its a Schnuerle ported engine timed for use with a tuned pipe expansion chamber exhaust, with rear disc valve rotor & rear exhaust port for streamlined fitting in speed planes. Other features include crankshaft running in dual high speed ball race bearings, speed venturi & the speed nose cone assembly.
Condition wise, this engine is as new, turns over smoothly with new engine compression & comes ready to display with its tuned pipe. The engine is fitted on display model stand, with bolts hand tightened & the lovely quality display stand is included for FREE for the winning bidder.

About the new "ebay payments" interface just introduced by ebay & its effect on dispatch time
We all got used to ebay purchases with PayPal payments, that cleared immediately, resulting in fast dispatch. Ebay have now introduced "ebay payments". Ebay are saying "The payout will generally be initiated within 2 business days from the order confirmation. Once initiated it typically takes up to 4 business days for the funds to clear in your account and become available to you". Thusly, this new "ebay payments" interface could add up to 6 working days to dispatch time compared to the aforementioned PayPal payments. I imagine somebody somewhere will get a bonus for this. This new payments thingy forced upon us (you can't opt-out of it) has therefore added 5 working days to my dispatch time. Please bear this in mind before placing your bid.
