This is a used OEM left driver's side headlamp assembly taken from a 2010 Toyota Sienna. It should fit a  2006 2007 2008 2009 2010 Toyota Sienna. All of the mounting tabs are intact. It's in  good condition for the year showing minimal road wear as seen in the pictures.
