This castle playset is in great pre-loved condition. It does have some minor wear but there are no cracks or breaks. There are no missing pieces. It does not include any characters, just the castle. All castle parts work perfectly and have no issues. (All the doors shut, it opens up, etc) It will need a good clean. It is a 2.5FT tall item so it is large. Smoke free and doggie friendly home but items kept in separate building.
