RETURNS

If your parcel appears to have been damaged in transit, please take photos prior to opening. If you wish to return your item you must contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Refunds are not issued until the returned item has been received and inspected by us.

SHIPPING

We ship by Canada Post calculated tracked shipping with the purchaser paying the cost of shipping. If you are purchasing more than one item please don't pay for each item individually. Wait for an invoice, we combine shipping whenever possible. We do our best ship within 3 postal business days of receiving payment but are trying to limit our trips to the post office to twice weekly. If you don't see a shipping cost please confirm with us whether we can ship to you, some areas can be under postal restrictions. Delivery date estimates are just that, factors beyond our control can cause parcels to arrive later than the estimated date.
