The linen is a warm, buttery yellow - somewhat less "canary" than appears in some of the photos. The close up of the jacket button (pic 3) shows the most accurate color.
Condition:
- Fabric is in beautiful condition and of uniform color with no stains, holes, snags or tears (in the images, any weirdness color-wise is due solely to my photography/lighting and not the material itself)
- Bakelite buttons are not original to the suit (I added them myself because I liked them)
- There is some very subtle age-related fading to the jacket in comparison to the skirt, but you really have to compare them closely to notice
- Underarms are in perfect shape, with no perspiration stains; however a tiny portion of the seam has come loose underneath and should be restitched (pic 9)
- Stored for some time and should be dry-cleaned
