*** Original case not included. Frames are in great shape. There is a small crack on the side of one of the lens. (See last picture) It is not visible when wearing but it causes that lens to pop out. I have worn them this way without issue a few times but any force will pop the lens out. Replacement lens can be ordered for around $30. Be advised of this flaw****
