Mechanically in excellent used fully functional working condition it has been tested and works great.  Cosmetically in amazing overall condition with a few super minor imperfections that are barely noticeable and a couple a little more noticeable imperfections.  The front cover art label is excellent looks near mint but if you look very close I see one tiny white spot on bottom corner edge but not sure if that is supposed to be there or not but I am talking super minor and barely noticeable, 1 tiny mark or indent in the white area around the T for Teen section and then 1 light indent mark on the right side in the white box where it says Nintendo 64 and has the block N and other letters jumbled together (This stuff is super minor and barely noticeable I looked at it with a magnifying glass and this is all I came up with).  The label on the back side is near mint to mint with the only thing I see with a magnifying glass are some light indent marks here and there but subtle and minor.  The circuit board and teeth are in amazing condition.  The cartridge itself is in excellent overall condition with a couple super light and subtle scratches or scuffs but other than that looks super clean but the biggest flaw of all I see is on the bottom side where the circuit board is on the left half there is some discoloration with possible fading and it looks like the front also has some of this on the left top half looks a tad discolored or faded but it is fairly minor and fairly subtle but you can tell if you look close but it is kind of hard to see in the pictures on the front.  Overall a super nice game with some imperfections mentioned and it is a shame it is discolored or it would be in amazing condition.
