I got this card signed personally at TCG Gala event in Cologne in January 2024 by Mr Arita himself.

The signature is fully Japanese and is addressed “To blue” to go alongside the Pokémon game as well as the rival player character you played with in blue Version who owned a blastoise in the manga. I have attached the google translate of the symbols used to authenticate its personalisation.

This is a fantastic copy in a mint grade as well as an amazing sketch to make it unique.
