understand that sometimes returns are necessary, and we strive to make
the process as smooth as possible. Please review our return policy
guidelines below
30-Day Return Policy:
You
have up to 30 days from the purchase date to return the HVAC unit for a
refund. To qualify for a full refund, the sale must be canceled before
the merchandise is shipped. Returns are accepted for merchandise in
original condition and uninstalled, subject to the following conditions:
Obtaining an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number:
To
initiate a return, please obtain an RMA number. All products must reach
our warehouse, regardless of the RMA issuance date. Please allow
sufficient transit time for the return to reach us.
Condition of Returned Merchandise:
Returned
products must be in new condition, unopened, unused, and in the
original packaging, including pallets, shrink wrapping, and all packing
materials. The merchandise must be securely palletized, shrink-wrapped,
strapped, and secured to the pallet for return shipping.
Responsibility for Shipping Costs:
Customers
are responsible for all shipping, handling, and insurance costs
associated with returning the merchandise to our warehouse. Original
shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refunded
amount.
Inspection of Returned Merchandise:
All returned merchandise is carefully inspected upon receipt. Refunds are granted based on the condition of the returned items.
Please note the following:
- All units must be installed by an HVAC technician as per our warranty policy.
- Labor costs or incorrect installations are not covered under our warranty.
- Refunds are issued for unopened or opened box items in exact original condition, provided the product was never installed.
- Merchandise
received in opened boxes or not in exact original condition may be
subject to refurbishment charges, with a restocking fee of up to 30% off
the original selling price (excluding shipping charges).
- Items
showing signs of wear, damage, missing parts, or installation marks may
be subject to partial or no refund at our discretion.
Returns Due to Customer Discretion:Returns
initiated due to reasons for which the seller is not responsible,
including instances where the unit is no longer needed, or the wrong
unit was ordered, or if the unit is damaged without damages being
reported to the carrier on the Bill of Lading (BOL), will incur
responsibility on the customer's part for the original shipping fees and
return shipping fees.
Item Arrived Damaged:
If
the HVAC unit arrives damaged, we advise refusing delivery from the
carrier to streamline the return process. If you accept delivery and
encounter any issues, please contact our customer support team for
assistance. We are dedicated to resolving any concerns promptly and
efficiently.
