Vintage dress by C&A, made in the UK, probably in the 1970s. Patchwork effect design in green, brown and orangey-yellow. Button cuffs, button front with press stud at the collar.
Size: Labelled as size 18, to fit bust 40" and hips 42". This is ROUGHLY equivalent to a modern size 14/16, but please check your measurements before buying. Actual garment measurements are:
Bust 40" (exactly) - this is a tight-fitting design.
Waist 32".
Hips 38".
Shoulder to shoulder 16".
Length, shoulder to hem, 39".
Sleeve, shoulder to cuff, 23".
Sleeve, underarm to cuff, 18.5".
Condition: Nice vintage garment, freshly washed and in good condition (used). The side seams appear to have been reinforced with extra stitching at some time in the past, possibly to fit the owner better, or to prevent loose stitches from tearing.
