In good used condition with some wear from use e.g. scuffs, marks & scratches to cover.

There is some faded red writing on the front cover saying "freebie" (I guess it was given away by someone at some point) and on the back towards the bottom (see all photos). 

Appears to be fairly uncommon. I looks like it may have been a promotional item, or part of a set.

Not many pages, but pages are thick card will lots of pictures.
