Vintage 1970s from Raleigh South Africa NOS item.

Although this is a new old stock item, it’s been in storage for close to fifty years and does have areas of spot rust, and could be a good candidate for a re chrome as the surface is still smooth.

A professional with experience at refurbishing and also de rusting could get this item looking a lot better and would suit a clean survivor type bike.
