Toy CRACKER JACK tip tray features an illustrattion of their 1912 Cracker Jack box with the PRIZE advertising prominent on the box top. The tin tray measures 1 3/4 x 2 1/4 and is 1/8" deep. The tray lies perfectly flat. There is rusting on the front at the left edge, center, and minor chipping and loss of the navy blue border paint. The illustration of the box was most likely bright white when new but is now a faded tan color. There is rusting on the reverse at the upper right. When new, the color of the reverse was brass yellow but is now darkened and muted with age. Both sides of the Cracker Jack tip tray are shown enlarged in the scans.
