This is a vintage Tlaquepaque Mexican red clay sugar bowl, decorated with traditional Mexican designs. It is handmade and not modified. The provenance of the item is unknown. The pottery is a collectible item that represents Mexican culture and was made in Mexico.  Bottom stamped Made in Mexico.  Has the lid, lid is chipped underneath in a few spots, but overall good condition.
