1964 1st press stereo. Matrix in photos.

VG all around. Sleeve looks pretty good, no splits, some fading. Disk sounds VG. Would be VG+ but it has a few scratches on side 2 that bring some low-level crackle. No skips or other issues. Very shiny vinyl still. Good tubey vintage sound.
