Schneider-Kreuznach (for Sinar) Symmar-S 5,6/210 mm Multicoated Lens with two lens caps, mounted on Toyo-View lensboard. Extra-clean, clear glass (made in Germany). No scratches, separation or mold. No clearly noticeable dust inside either. The blades are clean and free of oil, move perfectly smoothly. The speeds sound right. The lens is very clean overall, as well. Not tested with film. The front lens cap is original, the rear is not, but fits ok. Purchased this from a retired pro-photog's estate, along with some other great lenses and gear.
