This auction is for a mint used Windshield Wiper Motor Control Cable (Switch) for 1948 Mercury and Ford car, All Models. One year only, hard one to get. The Cable is used but the chrome bezel, Spanner Nut, washer and Knob are NOS.

Unlike Wiper blades and spark plugs Wiper Switches are not common. The switches simply did not go bad for decades so they were never in demand when the cars were in use so not many were made for OTC sales. Usually you have to hope to find a parts car, hope the switch is there and then hope it is better than your old one that you want to replace.
