The waist has hook and eye closure ( 2 of them has been reattached see pictures for reference) and a small button for a pulled together ruffled asymmetrical peplum look making the waist feel very small. When closures are open, the turquoise felt lining gives a fun pop of color to the garment with a dramatic collar. The fabric is a raw unfinished hemline. The arms have more volume through the upper arm and tighter around the wrists. It can be worn dressy or more casually. Perfect for fall and spring.
