Vintage 1950's Philips Promotional Bakelite TV Music Box with Moving Hologram Front, which looks likeher hands are moving

Has a small opening drawer at the front for trinkets , when the drawer is opened it plays a tune- which I know but cant remember the name

It is a clockwork, wind up mechanism

In Fully Working Order, this Wind Up Musical Jewellery Box Features a  Lady Playing the Guitar.

This is a quite  Rare Item whichI was told was a Promotional Item for Philips Televisions dating to the 1950's.
