In frame it is 14.5 wide 12 high

This item is antique/vintage there is some tape damage/distress. Upon reading to restore I decided to give this up to some who knows what they are doing and can make it a little more beautiful then it is! It’s a lovely piece I don’t want to ruin it with not knowing what to do!
