There is a tear in the shrink wrap at the top of the box. I was traveling and the change in altitude caused the pressure to change and the seal to break. The game is still very clearly new and sealed. It would be impossible to take the game out of the hole in the plastic. The game has been well taken care of and it is in a hard plastic protective case.
