This is a gorgeous 90s/ Y2K slip mini dress. Made of a blue satin with printed flowers all over it. It’s super strappy with criss crossed straps on the back. Marked a size medium. Overall in good vintage condition with no major flaws to note. The perfect spring summer dress!!
