1. We accept payment from major credit cards, Paypal and Afterpay.

2. Buyer should complete the payment within 7 days after order is placed.

1. Tracking number will be provided after shipment is made.

3. We pack all our goods with sufficient protection to ensure the product content will arrive undamaged and package box come in at least 90% new condition.

4. Collectors who are highly concerned about the package box condition should contact us for special packing arrangement. Additional cost may apply.

1. To return the item, buyer must contact us and send back the item within 30 days on receipt of item.

2. For change of mind returns, buyer is responsible for the return mail charge, and the product has to be unopened.

3. The item must be returned in original condition, unopened and undamaged. Otherwise, there will be deduction in the refund.

1. Buyer may cancel a confirmed order before the product is shipped.

2. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee up to 25% of the total payment amount.

3. For pre-order items, we will issue full refund if we fail to ship the goods within 30 days after the items are officially released.

4. Please note the release date of a pre-order product can be postponed by the maker. Buyer may cancel a pre-order which is delayed by the maker, but we do not offer full refund in such case.
