It’s been used and there is some writing and highlighting on the instructions as shown. This is not a printed pattern style- rather a pamphlet with detailed instructions for construction and notes about what shapes and lengths to cut from fabric of your choosing. It’s stored in a bag that does show its age and also has some wear as shown.
